One of the nicest and most scenic ways to get around Boston is by water transportation. The Airport Water Shuttle (617-439-3131) takes you from Logan Airport to Rowe’s Wharf on Atlantic Avenue. This is ideal if you’re staying at the Boston Harbor Hotel, or Marriot Long Wharf. The water shuttles run year-round run year-round and are heated and weather safe. The cost is $10 for adults and $5 for seniors. Kids under 12 sail free.
From the airport terminal, there is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the Airport docks. Just board the water transportation bus (route #66) and two minutes later, you’re on board. The water shuttles are a pleasant ten-minute ride through Boston Harbor. |
